United Methodist Women (UMW)
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Small groups (Circles) provide opportunities for women of all ages and lifestyles, and usually meet the 3rd week of each month: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during the day and Tuesday evenings.
Our unit, composed of all circles, offers four general meetings a year. One of these meetings is our spring
Tablescapes event, which has been our major missions fundraiser for five years.
UMW focuses on mission, education, spiritual growth and fellowship. Nationally, members raise nearly $18 million a year for programs and projects related to women, children and youth in the U.S. and more than 100 countries around the world!

UMW Circles
As an affiliate of the national UMW, our circles are part of the 22,500 local units and approximately 800,000 members nation-wide. Circles meet for a time of fellowship, encouragement and activity and are open to any woman who would like to participate.

Tablescapes Event and Cookbook
Our annual spring event showcases beautifully decorated tables and a silent auction. We feature an afternoon preview with tasting bites and an evening dinner with a guest speaker. Proceeds from this exciting event support our local UMW mission projects.
The colorful Tablescapes cookbook includes delicious recipes from guest speakers and UMW members, plus beautiful Tablescapes photos and helpful kitchen tips.

Stained Glass Note Cards
