The Counseling Ministry
The Counseling Ministry at Christ United Methodist Church has been established to meet your counseling needs. When you need to talk to someone about your concerns, we want you to be able to confide in a person who has the professional experience and training to either offer help immediately or refer you to the appropriate person who can help. Contacting us is private and our ministry is strictly confidential.
Our ministry is available to adults, children, adolescents, singles, couples and families. We can assist with all of your relational and emotional concerns.
Mark A. Simpson, MA, LMFT
Director • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Mark Simpson founded LifeChange Counseling Centers in 1991 as the result of his desire to provide biblically-based, professional Christian counseling services. With a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mark honed his skills through countless hours of counseling sessions in private practice for over fourteen years.
As a Christian, a business owner, a husband and a father, Mark approaches his counseling with reality-based, real life experience that incorporates Scripture and biblical principles. Mark's commitment to Christian excellence and his ability to reveal the love of God in Christ Jesus allow him to touch lives and promote healing.
